Case Studies, Guides & Thought Leadership
Two-Way Informational Interviews
Until 2023, I spearheaded a unique biotech education partnership in the Bay Area that included developing an open-access website with curriculum and resources.
I also created a unique suite of materials to support “two-way informational interviews” between biotech professionals and students, promoting mutual learning and empowering students to engage as equal participants in these conversation.
Early College and Career Pathways
High school students need to graduate with skills and knowledge relevant to jobs that may not yet exist. In response to this challenge, I helped design and implement a unique program to create career pathways in business, technology, and health for students in the Boston area.
My leadership was instrumental to forging partnerships among high school, community college, and corporate leadership; synthesizing data on industry opportunities; engaging in public advocacy; and reaching out to funders and employers.
“It gives all students all the tools and it believes in a student's ability to learn regardless of background.”
“This partnership is a new way for companies to invest in the field and invest in their human resource needs.”
